Our Managing Director Adam Masters and our Purchasing Director Gavin Wood have just returned from a successful trip to the Far East, where they had the pleasure ofvisitingour manufacturing partners. While Gavin has visited many times before, it was the first opportunity for Adam to fly out and meet with the people responsible for producing many of the beautiful products we sell. Here’s what Adam said about the visit: “The visit served as an opportunity to meet with our partners face to face for the first time, which was long overdue. It was great being able to see the factories firsthand, meet with the factory bosses and get a feel for their size and working conditions. For me, it was also important to be able to check on the materials FSC certificates from our factories, and to start the process of discussing with each factory the requirements of the product life cycle assessments”.We here at Tributes would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the hospitality that our partners showed us, and we look forward to many more of these trips in the future 🤝 #funeral #funeralindustry #funeralproducts #cremation #cremationindustry

Earlier this year, we gifted a woven coffin to our friends down at Bennett's Funeral Directors for a unique project: transforming it into a soapbox derby race cart for the Billericay Soap Box Derby. 🏁 The result? A charming 'Teddy Bears Picnic' themed cart, resembling a whimsical picnic hamper 🐻🧺 We're thrilled to be part of such a creative endeavor that brings joy and community spirit and we can't wait to see what they come up with next year! #SoapBoxDerby #CommunityEngagement #CreativeTransformation

We're proud to announce that we have just recieved the Greener Globe Funeral Standard Gold Award 🎉 The Greener Globe Funeral Awards were established to support businesses within the funeral industry to review and improve their environmental impact. Through undertaking a thorough audit, businesses are encouraged to look at various factors such as energy supply, waste management, supply chains and organisational culture which can determine the environmental credentials of a company 🌿 We were thrilled to find that, on the areas currently under our control, we are performing above standard.
